General terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of digital products (access to 360º videos, photo galleries, streaming day pass, individual photos) and services (rider coverage) via erre.live.
1. Parties
Seller: WE ARE ERRE SLU, VAT ID B88679774, Calle Móstoles 17, 28670 Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid, Spain. Contact: erre@erre.live.
Buyer: any individual or legal entity acquiring a product or service through the site. If acting as a consumer, the buyer benefits from the guarantees of Spanish Royal Decree Legislative 1/2007 (Consumer Protection Act).
2. Products and services
· Per-prueba 360º video access: instant digital delivery via magic link to the provided email.
· Photo gallery (event pack, prueba pack or individual photo): instant digital delivery.
· Streaming day pass per event: live access during the event day.
· Rider coverage: individual photo/video service, no payment at reservation. The price is closed and invoiced after the event.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed on the product page in euros, taxes included where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Limited. We do not store card data on our systems.
4. Purchase flow and delivery
The buyer selects the product, enters a valid email and completes payment via Stripe. After payment confirmation the site automatically sends an access link to the provided email. Access is granted immediately.
Delivery is 100% digital. No physical item is shipped.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 103.m of Spanish Royal Decree Legislative 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights.
By completing the purchase and using the access link, the consumer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of withdrawal rights.
If the buyer has not yet used the access link, a refund may be requested at erre@erre.live within 14 days of purchase.
6. Quality and refunds
If the delivered product does not work (invalid link, corrupted file, content different from advertised), the buyer may request replacement or full refund at erre@erre.live at no extra cost. We resolve within 14 days.
7. Intellectual property and use
The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for private use. Downloading, copying, redistributing, publishing on social networks for commercial purposes or using the content beyond personal use without written authorisation is prohibited.
Photographs carry watermarks. Removing watermarks without authorisation infringes intellectual property rights.
8. Event changes and cancellations
If an event is cancelled or postponed, streaming day passes for that day are refunded in full or carried to the new date, at the buyer's choice. Already delivered products (360º, galleries, photos) are not affected.
9. Customer service and complaints
Complaints may be addressed to erre@erre.live. Consumer complaint forms are available.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction. Otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid.
