WE ARE ERRE SLU processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

1. Data controller

2. Data we process and purposes

We collect only the data necessary to deliver the service: · Digital purchases (360º, galleries, streaming, photos): email + payment data handled directly by Stripe. Purpose: execute the transaction and send the access link. · Rider coverage signup: name, surname, email, optional phone, optional Instagram, disciplines, delivery preferences. Purpose: coordinate the coverage. · Communications: email and message. Purpose: reply. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. We do not process special categories (GDPR Art. 9).

3. Legal basis

· Contract performance (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) for purchases and confirmed rider coverage. · Consent (Art. 6.1.a) for the signup form and any future newsletter. · Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) for accounting and tax records.

4. Retention

· Purchase data: kept for the statutory tax-record period (6 years, Spanish Commercial Code Art. 30). · Rider coverage: up to 12 months after the event unless earlier erasure is requested. · Communications: until the matter is resolved plus 12 months.

5. Recipients and processors

We work with the following sub-processors, all hosted in the EU or under approved standard contractual clauses: · Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland) — payment processing. · Resend (EU) — transactional email (access links). · Cloudflare R2 (EU) — media file storage. · Neon (Frankfurt, Germany) — database. · Vercel (EU regions: FRA/CDG) — site hosting. · Hetzner (Germany) — streaming server. We do not make international transfers outside the EU/EEA.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to erre@erre.live with your request and a copy of your ID. If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, c/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary technical cookies (admin session, cart, language). See the Cookie Policy.

8. AI and automated processing

We do not use AI systems to make decisions producing legal effects on users. Galleries may include assistive organisation tools; these do not perform biometric identification.
