We collect only the data necessary to deliver the service: · Digital purchases (360º, galleries, streaming, photos): email + payment data handled directly by Stripe. Purpose: execute the transaction and send the access link. · Rider coverage signup: name, surname, email, optional phone, optional Instagram, disciplines, delivery preferences. Purpose: coordinate the coverage. · Communications: email and message. Purpose: reply. · Anonymous usage measurement (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6.1.f): we record purchase-funnel steps (page view, cart, checkout start) in aggregate under a random, first-party session identifier, together with coarse audience dimensions: country (derived from a network header; the IP itself is never stored), device class (mobile/tablet/desktop; the user-agent is never stored) and acquisition channel (referring site's domain only, never the full URL). No personal data, no IP, never linked to purchases. Purpose: understand where buyers drop off, which channels and devices they arrive from, and improve the service. · Tagged-content alerts (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6.1.f and Spanish LSSI Art. 21.2): if we have your email from a purchase or signup and the event team tags you in new photos or videos, we send you an email alert so you can see them. Your name (if you gave it to us in a purchase or signup) is used solely to associate the tag. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; opting out does not affect purchase emails (access links, receipts). You may object at any time by writing to erre@erre.live. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. We do not process special categories (GDPR Art. 9).

· Contract performance (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) for purchases and confirmed rider coverage. · Consent (Art. 6.1.a) for the signup form and any future newsletter. · Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f, with LSSI Art. 21.2 cover for existing customers) for tagged-content alerts, always with one-click opt-out. · Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) for accounting and tax records.

· Purchase data: kept for the statutory tax-record period (6 years, Spanish Commercial Code Art. 30). · Rider coverage: up to 12 months after the event unless earlier erasure is requested. · Communications: until the matter is resolved plus 12 months.

We work with the following sub-processors, all hosted in the EU or under approved standard contractual clauses: · Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland) — payment processing. · Resend (EU) — transactional email (access links). · Cloudflare R2 (EU) — media file storage. · Neon (Frankfurt, Germany) — database. · Vercel (EU regions: FRA/CDG) — site hosting. · Hetzner (Germany) — streaming server. We do not make international transfers outside the EU/EEA.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to erre@erre.live with your request and a copy of your ID. If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, c/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).

We do not use AI systems to make decisions producing legal effects on users. Galleries may include assistive organisation tools; these do not perform biometric identification.
